Abstract

The question of communication competence and quality maxmisation of interpersonal communication is the leading premise of this research paper. Finding an adequate answer to this question seems to be one of the biggest challenges in communication sciences and the close research fields, especially for the specific field and the experts on interpersonal communication. The main goal of the following theoretical analysis is to name and illustrate the most important and key characteristics of communication competence.
