SWOT-ANALYSIS, ITS IMPLEMENTATION AND ROLE FOR THE FOREIGN COMPANY TO ENTER THE ITALIAN MARKET
Abstract
In article the analysis of opportunities of an entry of the Spanish company Casa Vigar into the Italian market is carried out. For a research the SWOT-analysis method was applied to assessment of the internal and external environment of the organization. The data used in this research are based on a combination ofprimary and secondary sources. The conducted researches allowed to prove the market strategy of the organization.
