Creation of the accurate spatial models of historical objects by the close-range photogrammetry method

Abstract

Present market offers several software solutions for processing of convergent images, whereas these systems enable relativelygreat comfort of measurement and the more object visualization also. The paper is about problem of historical objects measurementwith accuracy better than 1 cm by the method of close-range photogrammetry, whereas outputs are 2D and 3D vector models,ortophotoplans and 3D real photo-textured models. Advantages and disadvantages of photogrammetric method and its perspectivesconsidering R&D of software are mentioned too.
