Three-dimensional graphene-based structure can be built for the lightweight application. In this paper, direct ink writing technology is introduced to construct three-dimensional structure by layer stacking, which prepare lightweight material composed of cellular interconnected network. A homogeneous graphene dispersion is obtained by ultrasonic of graphene in low boiling point solvent ethanol firstly. Parameters such as printing speed and nozzle size can be controlled to obtain three-dimensional graphene-based structure, which is structurally stable and maintains the excellent properties of graphene. This work is expecting to apply the excellent properties of graphene to three-dimensional materials through 3D printing technology, which provides possibility for the lightweight application of graphene-based structures.
