System of social adaptation of students through interdisciplinary communications in institutions of additional education

The article presents the experience of the MBOU DO «Children and Youth Center» (Krasnodar) in solving the problem of social adaptation of students within the framework of the complex innovative project «SOCIO: applied engineering as a tool for social adaptation: a practice-oriented approach.» The essence of the project is to organize systematic activities of psychological and pedagogical specialists to activate communicative interaction among students in order to develop the ability of social adaptation and the formation of value guidelines. The main mechanism for the implementation of this activity is described - a system of creative workshops in which a synthesis of scientific and technical knowledge with various types of art and physical culture is carried out. The wide range of different types of student activities used in them, based on psychological and pedagogical diagnostic research, helps to enrich the communicative interaction of project participants. Examples of interdisciplinary connections within the workshops are given, in particular the use of the “Musical Constructor” in sports and recreational projects “Health-Saving Technologies”.
