The purpose of research is to analyse the effect of motivational factors on job performance and turnover intention. The research type is empirical, design is causal, method of data collection is questionnaire.The research is conducted on 130 personnel of a government organization privatized in Turkey. As first result, wage, physical conditions and cooperation between personnel are negatively effecting turnover intention. As second result, job itself, wage and physical conditions of the motivation factors effect job performance positively. Besides, it is revealed that factors motivating personnel are, respectively, job itself, cooperation, wages and labour conditions, relation with chief, career possibility and rewarding.
