Culture of labour. Concept and approach in Cuban scientific experience

Abstract

In this paper, the author tries to convey the Cuban experience in the study of the culture of work, from research conducted in the tourism sector between 2006-2007. It was confirmed the presence of a unit of the diversity that characterizes different work cultures that are being developed in Cuba, and that unit reflects the cultural reference model worker, and also different visions from the managerial point of view.
