Combining social capital with knowledge and human capital is considered as one of the most important strategies of companies in the competitive market, which has consolidated a theory called corporate integrity. The purpose of this research is developing a corporate integrity model to capital market prosperity by An Analysis Based on Panel and Focus Group Evaluation., it is in the category of mix method research (qualitative/quantitative). In this study, three-time analysis and meta-synthesis of qualitative analysis Delphi in representation system based on interaction with focus groups were used in the quantitative section. The results indicate the existence of 12 approved researches, according to which there are two categories of Inside Corporate Integrity and Outside Corporate Integrity based on 3 main components of behavioral integration; Structural integrity and social and cultural integrity were identified with 38 propositional themes., it was determined that a total of 19 propositional themes entered the analysis phase of the focus group based on systemic representation. it was found that in the category of Inside Corporate Integrity, strengthening the independence of the board based on specialization of corporate governance composition has consequences such as strengthening financial reporting structures in timely reflection of news and information. It was also found that in the category of Outside Corporate Integrity, promoting the values of corporate behavior for ethical accountability to stakeholders has consequences such as reducing the cultural component of the distance / gap of expectations between stakeholders and the company.
