MANAGEMENT WITH THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IN MACEDONIA
Abstract
This paper presents research findings regarding the readiness of top management and employees of lifelong learning and quality approach in the hotel industry in Macedonia. The results of this paper should show how the top management of hotel facilities is ready for learning and that need is transferred to the employees, which is the basis for continuous improvement of quality. The results of the survey showed that the solution should be sought in the improvement of the quality system through the application of the TQM (Total Quality Management) strategy, staff development, introducing learning to improve the quality of services, and advancing processes. Adopting a new quality approach should help companies improve the quality of services and business processes as well as their business outcomes.
