Wound care for a patient with erysipelas of lower limbs (1例下肢丹毒患者破溃伤口护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in wound care of a patient with erysipelas of lower limbs. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment on dietary, mental status and infection risks of the patient, basic nursing interventions and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as blood-letting acupuncture, cupping and Tongbian scraping were carried out to unblock the main and collateral channels, create Qi and activate blood, thereby promoting chronic wound healing. (本文总结1例下肢丹毒患者破溃伤口的中西医结合护理经验。基于护理评估, 在常规饮食、情志、抗感染等护理基础上, 采用刺络、拔罐联合铜砭刮痧中医护理技术, 引邪出表、疏通经络、造气活血, 改善伤口及周围皮肤的气血运行, 有效促进患者慢性伤口的愈合。)
