Treinamento agroindustrial de pequenos produtores do sul da Bahia

Abstract

The family agriculture activity produces the most of Brazilian food production. However, the technical assistance for these farmers is almost inexistence. So your social economic development is limited. The production agricultural industrialization is the alternatives to provide social economic family farmers. Believing in family agriculture as a way to ensure income and quality of life and understanding of world agriculture production and social economic development of family farmers in Southern Bahia,tThe Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz implemented in 2009, the Agribusines Extension Project Program. The objective of this work was show technical training on Agribusines Program in 2009.
