Le broutage dans le roman africain: entre revendication post-coloniale et échec de la gouvernance en Afrique

Abstract

Derrière leurs ordinateurs ou leurs smartphones, parfois loin du vieux continent, ils se font de l’argent grâce à la magie de l’internet et à la magie noire, on les appelle les brouteurs. Plusieurs jeunes africains, désespérés de toute attente d’employabilité et de réussite sociale, choisissent la voie du broutage pour mener une lutte doublement politique. D’une part, ils s’en prennent aux Occidentaux, en quête d’amour sur les réseaux sociaux, qu’ils pillent et subtilisent à travers des faux profils sur internet et ce, au nom d’une réclamation politisée, la dette coloniale. D’autre part, ils s’insurgent contre la gouvernance politique en Afrique considérée comme une bombe à retardement. L’objectif de cet article est de montrer, à la lumière de trois romans africains d’expression française, comment les brouteurs font de leur pratique, une revendication post-coloniale majeure. Several young Africans, desperate for any expectation of employability and social success, are choosing the path of grazing to lead a doubly political struggle. On the one hand, they attack Westerners, looking for love on social networks, whom they plunder and steal through fake profiles on the internet, in the name of a politicized claim, the colonial debt. . On the other hand, they rebel against political governance in Africa considered as a time bomb. The objective of this article is to show, in the light of three French-speaking African novels, how grazers make their practice a major post-colonial claim.usurpation, debt.
