The article presents an actual problem in the field of health care – the development of decision-making support system for family doctors and its integration into the treatment process. It was determined that there are already quite a few such systems: for image recognition, for determining a preliminary diagnosis, for use during diagnosis, and others. It was found that the integration of such systems simplifies the interaction of the doctor with medical information systems, increases the quality and speed of patient care. It was presented that the application of system analysis, which allows forecasting, simplifies the design of decision-making systems, as well as the integration of the medical information system with the decision-making support system. It was studied out a structural diagram of the relationships of the decision-making support system and the medical information system, which allows the integration of systems in such a way as not to create an additional load on the central database of eHealth, to simplify and speed up implementation. All of them are standardized and meet the functional requirements for connecting to the eHealth. The paper introduces the contextual diagram of the «Process of supporting decision-making by a family doctor» function, which allows for a detailed assessment of all input data needed to create a decision and their formation, to see all the initial information and the availability of an evaluation of the formed decision, which is feedback and allows for modernization and improve the system. The patient journey has been analyzed to determine the stages at which the necessary decision-making support systems are missing and the functionality they should provide. Two stages of the patient's journey where such systems are needed have been identified. Two structural diagrams of decision-making support systems for determining the final diagnosis and choosing treatment have been developed. It has been proven that in family medicine, the integration of a decision-making support system and a medical information system simplify the final diagnosis and the choice of treatment. It is necessary to use methods of system analysis in the process of such integration. This will reduce the likelihood of making mistakes during examination, treatment and simplify the work of the family doctor, increase the quality and speed of patient care.
