The European Higher Education aims to connect the labor market with a competency-based education of students. In this context, there has been a project is part of the Proper Plan Faculty Development & Innovation University Pablo de Olavide, whose main objective is that students of Social Education degree, and future Social Educators, learn, become involved, and reflect on their professional functions, enabling scientists to develop and disseminate research results. We opted for a flexible supported by various resources. His assessment was conducted in two phases. We conclude by stressing the need for methodological changes benefiting from the real needs of teachers and students.
