DETERMINACIÓN DE LOS ÍNDICES DE CONSUMO ENERGÉTICO EN UNA PLANTA DE PRODUCTOS LÁCTEOS.
Abstract
El objetivo del trabajo es evaluar los índices de consumo energético en una planta de productos lácteos. Se elaboraron los cronogramas de los consumos de vapor y energía eléctrica en las líneas tecnológicas de leche, yogurt y crema, lo que permitió la caracterización de los procesos a partirdel consumo de estos portadores energéticos. Se determinaron los consumos de combustible y energía eléctrica técnicamente requeridos. La energía eléctrica se correspondió con el consumo actual mientras que el consumo de combustible técnicamente requerido resultó inferior al realmente consumido en la planta. Se realiza un análisis de este comportamiento y se establecen recomendaciones para disminuir el consumo de vapor. Se reportan los índices de consumo actual y técnicamente requerido así como el ahorro que significaría el logro de este ultimo. Evaluating the energetic consumption indexes in a dairy product plant is the objective of this paper. The corresponding chronograms of vapor and electric energy consumptions in the technological lines of milk, yogurt and cream were made. It allowed the characterization of the processes according to this source of energy. The technically required consumptions of electric energy and fuel were determined. The former was equal to the consumption at present whereas the later was lower than the fuel truly consumed in the plant. An analysis of this behavior is made and recommendations for diminishing the fuel consumption are established.The present consumption indexes, the technically required ones and the economical saving are reported.
