Study on the cardboard behavior during the vacuum picking process in automatic pantyhose packaging machine

Abstract

Article Highlights 1. A proper baffle height is needed to facilitate feeding and avoid disorder and multiple feeds. 2. A appropriate magazine inclination angle is beneficial to close contact of the cardboards and avoiding plastic deformation. 3. The dynamic friction coefficient between the cardboards should be appropriate to facilitate feeding and avoid disorder and multiple feeds.
