This paper aims to analyze some of the main themes elaborated by Argentinean thinker Luis Alberto Warat, namely: the waratian anthropophagism, the reunion with the lost subjectivity and carnivalization. In order to achieve so, we examined one of the most valued works of waratian thought: A ciência jurídica e seus dois maridos. Through the undertaken analysis we attempted to develop a critique of traditional paradigms of science, including here the science of law itself. It is given emphasis to the disruptive nature of artistic and literary activities to insinuate the historical failure of the well-established disciplines, dominant thought and culture. Therefore, we seek a greater interaction between what is understood as science and human subjectivity as a whole.
