The evaluation and performance measurements of public officials is receiving greater attention in procedure of Public service's management and rationalization of their career path, Since the human resources management i' the public sector ain't that easy especially when it comes to management of Statutory instruments and regulations bodies that have a strong relationship with the reputation of the State. Therefore, this ressources management should not be separated from detailed knowledge of the statutory instruments and regulations that are governing it. In this context, it should be noted, that the general law to the regulation of public officials had included in his fourth chapter a specific system for the evaluation of the public officials, setting four objective criterias for an ongoing evaluation process. And in 2019, the executive decree N19-165 has been issued to define how to evaluate public officials all including next to some general provisions, Rules and regulations specific to the public officials evaluation process.
