CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATION OF THE USSR CITIZENS' RIGHT FOR CONSOLIDATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the constitutional regulation of one of the most important civil rights: right for consolidation which should promote realization of other legal rights and interests of citizens. The author analyzes the limitation mechanism of the right of Soviet citizens for consolidation, stated in the USSR Constitutions of 1936 and 1977.
