The technique of quantitative determination of thymoquinone black cumin seeds sown by the method of capillary electrophoresis. Held its validation parameters: specificity, linearity, accuracy and precision. Electrophoretic technique can be used for valuation and assessment of quality of raw materials blackie by active ingredient - thymoquinone.
