The present study had as objective to compare three indirect tests of evaluation of the cardiorespiratory fitness with the direct test of gas analysis in male adolescents between 13 and 14 years old with mean (13.52±1.03). The sample was composed for 15 boys. It was used descriptive statistics, linear correlation of Pearson (r) and test “t” of Student for par data, adopting two levels of significance p0.05). This, it seems to be evidenced that the 20m shuttle run test was more precise to evaluate the maximum consumption of oxygen in the ages of 13 and 14 years this study.
