Abstract

The article offers a view on the conditions for turning any company into a flexible organization that is easily adjustable to any external changes. Such capacity can be developed in a company in case of the following blocks present in the self-development subsystem: block of system for operational informing on changes coming; block of developing capacity for timely changes; block of supportive organizational infrastructure.
