Internal mammary artery graft dissection is a rare condition and is usually caused by iatrogenic complications or mechanical stress. We experienced a case of acute myocardial infarction due to spontaneous internal mammary artery graft dissection that was triggered by emotional stress and was successfully treated by percutaneous intervention using drug-eluting stents.
