Citrus commodity supply chains from production centers to consumption centers are classified as moderate involving four to five supply chain actors. The keprok tangerine marketing system in Batu City and Malang Regency is not yet efficient, which is reflected in the price share received by farmers (42.28%-57.94%) with marketing margins (42.06%-57.72%) respectively. Supply chain management performance in the planning aspect is at a moderate to very good level, procurement performance is at a moderate to good level, delivery performance is at a moderate to very good level, and the performance of receiving goods is at a lesser level.
