The relevance of the research is caused by the need to develop a scientifically-based design and technological system for efficient power redistribution across the executive elements of high-loaded equipment in accordance with the energy intensity of extracting hydrocarbons. The relevance is confirmed by the lack of domestic technologies for development of hybrid recuperative drives used for energy production and conversion, based on the study of synergetic connections of pumping complexes of marginal wells, as the main indicator of energy efficiency. The main aim is to improve energy efficiency and resource life of high-loaded oil-producing pumping complexes of marginal wells by installation of a developed hybrid drive with an electro hydro cylinder of rerecuperative action, which provides power redistribution by executive elements. The object of the research is a hybrid drive system of the mining «pumping unit» with an energy-efficient electric hydro cylinder of recuperative action. The complex research method was used to study the interaction of two physically and technically dissimilar media (hydraulics and electromagnetic fields) in the structure of loaded parts of a hybrid drive. The cyclic process of dynamic loading of the working equipment of the pumping complex is studied by the methods of kinematic analysis and force calculation. We used the methodology of system analysis, as well as the method of redistribution of moments of inertia forces and power balance of the power drive. The mathematical apparatus was effectively applied to determine the dependencies of changes in power characteristics on operational indicators and dynamic loads of the pumping complex. The method of critical analysis allowed us to set priorities for the development of geometric parameters, and the use of the laws of mechanics allowed us to justify the structural elements of kinematics that require improvement. The tools of the finite element method and computer systems allowed us to study the performance of the hybrid drive, analyze and process the results obtained. Results. The authors have designed the hybrid electro hydro cylinder of recuperative operation, providing efficient conversion of mechanical and hydraulic energy to electric hydraulic drive under the influence of gravity of oil pump for low-yield complex wells. The developed design significantly increases the energy efficiency of the power plant and drive of the oil production complex, ensuring hybrid drive power redistribution in accordance with the energy intensity of operations. The scientific problem of an effective way to redistribute power across the elements of oil-producing complexes in accordance with the energy intensity of the operation performed and the conversion of the energy of its own mass of gravity of the working equipment is solved. The authors developed and proved the theory of power and power parameters of a ground-based mining pumping complex based on the implementation of the principles of energy recovery and power redistribution in the performance of work processes, which provided new results in the study of energy intensity.
