Spinal cystic lymphangiomas are very rare tumors. The authors report an extremly rare case of conus medullaris cystic lymphangioma revealed by conus terminalis syndrome, explored with MRI and confirmed by histopathological examination with good clinical and radiological outcomes after surgery and a review of the literature.
