Efectele suplimentării hranei găinilor tinere cu produsul zoobior asupra statusului clinico-hematologic

The study aimed to investigate how the local product ZooBioR, obtained by modern technologies from Spirulina platensis, influences the health and, in particular, the parameters-markers of the clinical and haema-tological status in hens, in the first technological period of laying. The experiments included 70 hens, divided into 5 groups, in four of which the food was supplemented with the tested remedy, in different doses (5.0; 10.0; 15.0; 20.0 mg active substance/kg feed). During the 4 months of experiment, the evolution of the clinical parameters, body temperature and respiratory movements, as well as the parameters-markers of the haematological status have been studied. It has been established that the local product ZooBioR improves the health of laying hens, especially the haematopoietic function (the increase of haemoglobin concentration, the increase of the average erythrocyte haemoglobin concentration, the decrease of the average erythrocyte volume and the increase of thrombocyte num-bers), the positive impact being reflected in the constant values of non-specific resistance and productivity.
