This study examines how the influence of job satisfaction (X) and on the performance of employees (Y) Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study were 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical test through T test, coefficient of determination (R2) and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.124 means that the contribution of the independent variable (job satisfaction) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 1.24% while the remaining 98.76% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
