A niobium and tantalum co-doped perovskite cathode for solid oxide fuel cells operating below 500 °C
Abstract
Sluggish activity of cathode materials impedes operation of solid oxide fuel cells at low temperatures. Here, the authors report a niobium and tantalum co-doped perovskite cathode exhibiting high electroactivity below 500 °C, and argue that the dopants improve the cathode performance synergistically.
