A 66-year-old man, who had a history of left lung and clavicle resection, was referred to us for aortic arch pseudoaneurysm. Resected edge of the left clavicle was attached to the anterior surface of the aortic arch. Patch repair of the pseudoaneurysm using hypothermic circulatory arrest was performed successfully.
