Nursing care of a case of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated by Du-mai moxibustion (督脉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经1例的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing measure for a case of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated by Du-mai moxibustion. The treatment plan was made based on the syndrome differentiation, and nursing evaluation, standard procedure of Du-mai moxibustion and related operation cautions, routine nursing measured were carried out. The symptom intensity of primary dysmenorrheal was reduced after intervention. (本文总结督脉灸治疗1例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者的护理体会, 包括护理评估、督脉灸操作方法和注意事项以及常规护理方法等, 基于辨证分型确定治疗方案, 患者痛经症状明显好转。)
