Elections in Sweden: Swedish Democrats mixed cards
Abstract
The parliamentary elections in Sweden in 2018 ended with the victory of the Redgreen bloc over the parties of the Alliance in excess of one mandate. This creates uncertainty for the formation of the Cabinet as no party has a majority in the Riksdag. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the third force was the nationalist party, the Swedish Democrats with which neither bloc wants to cooperate. Difficult negotiations continue and the results are difficult to predict
