Driving Factors for Adopting Neuromanagement Practices in Romanian Organizations from Utilitarian and Ease of Use Perspectives Abstract: This paper seeks to explore the intentions of adopting neuromanagement practices by the organizations from Romania; thus, they will have access to a new lever that can support the increase of their competitiveness and global performance. This paper aims to provide practical insights on the perceived utility, perceived ease of use and attitude to adopt neuromanagement practices, in the sense of a clearer understanding of the concept of neuromanagement and the technology used in empirical studies. Findings provide implications for the community of practitioners, respectively organizations in Romania, in the sense of facilitating a higher level of understanding of the value brought by the implementation of neuromanagement practices.
