The proposed research looks at the CRM business software concerning the new client management services in different companies and uses case studies. Although it is one of the least understood software programs CRM (customer relationship management) is one of the most useful business software programs that can help companies connect with customers or potential customers with more elements. The research underlines the changes necessary to maximize the benefits of customer relationship management. In order to extend the knowledge in this area the research is interdisciplinary. It uses a structural approach to model the determinants of organizational performances using CRM software analysis and to measure the complex relationships concerning risks in customer relationship management and different facets of organizational performances related to the benefit for customer relationship management.
