Implementation of preventive corporate programs in education
Abstract
The paper shows the relevance of corporate preventive programs modeling, stages and ways of their implementation, analyzes the prevalence of behavioral risk factors of chronic non-infectious diseases and stress. Employees of the state budgetary health care institution “Chelyabinsk Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention” developed a model of the corporate program “Strengthening the health of employees”. The objectives of this corporate program are: 1. To increase the share of employees committed to a healthy lifestyle: refusing irrational nutrition, insufficient motor activity, able to independently reduce the level of stress and psycho-emotional tension. 2. Reduction of losses associated with temporary disability of employees due to chronic non-communicable diseases and acute infectious diseases. Questionnaires and training seminars were conducted. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the working group for the implementation of the corporate program “Health Promotion of Employees of Municipal Autonomous General Educational Institution ‘Gymnasium No. 23’ established to develop the corporate program included measures aimed at eliminating risk factors for chronic non-infectious diseases among employees. The main reasons for lagging behind in the implementation of corporate programs have been identified. These include days missed by almost every fifth employee for non-medical reasons; low level of physical activity was found in more than every third employee, and this is explained by employees' busyness and inability to free up time for physical training.
