PROSPECTS OF TELEWORK INSTITUTION DEVELOPMENT IN THE FUNCTIONING RUSSIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract

The changeability of economic growth, reduction of demand for labor in the labor market, economic crisis - coincidence of these processes with appearance of the new business spheres, rapid development of information and communicative technologies, as well as the staff's pursuit for individualism and independence, variety of their expectations from executed work raise questions of forming a system of labor relations which would be freer from rigid centralized legal regulation, of creating new ways of labour resources organization and working time distribution.
