An indecent proposition?

Abstract

This proposal aims to regulate the bullfights to adapt the will of a part of the Balearic islanders (particularly anti bullfighting groups) to the current legal system. Even if the bullfighting cannot be abolished, the parliamentarians consider that, at least, it shall not cause any animal abuse in the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. However, the right-wing political groups, and the central Government, have already announced that they will appeal to the Constitutional Court, if this amendment is approved.
