PLANEJAMENTO E FINANCIAMENTO DA MOBILIDADE URBANA NA REGIÃO METROPOLITANA DO RIO DE JANEIRO

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the urban mobility policies developed for the Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Region (RMRJ), focusing on the last decade. It intends to present the aspects that were defined as priorities, how they were faced by the public authorities and where they located the main interventions and investments. For the development of this analysis, two important grants were chosen: the metropolitan plans implemented for or in the last decade and some of the major high impact investments that have been contracted and/or expended.
