Review of research on the evaluation of scientific and technological

Abstract

Strengthening research on the evaluation of scientific and technological talents helps to play the role of "baton" and "vane" of "evaluation" , stimulate the vitality of innovation and creativity of scientific and technological talents, and provide strong talent support for developing new quality productive forces, realizing national self-reliance in high-level science and technology, and building a world scientific and technological power. The research status of scientific and technological talents evaluation objects was summarized. The evaluation methods of scientific and technological talents were reviewed, with emphasis on analytic hierarchy process method, factor analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Delphi method. The common index system of scientific and technological talents evaluation was summarized. Finally, the development trend of the evaluation of scientific and technological talents was put forward, namely based on the current situation and policies, the future research focus should include the study of the value conduction of the evaluation index of scientific and technological talents and the deepening application of digital technology in the evaluation of scientific and technological talents.
