The E-Stock Platform as a Marketing Organizing Tool for the Coal-Mining Enterprises in Ukraine

The article is aimed at developing proposals on formation of an electronic stock exchange platform for marketing coal as an effective way of reforming the Ukrainian coal industry. As a result of the study, the factors of impact on the marketing organizing activity of the domestic coal enterprises have been identified and systematized. The characteristics and current trends in the stock market for coal products in Ukraine have been studied. Proposals as to improvement of the regulatory and legal documents for the regulation of commodity trading procedures have been provided.
