ECONOMIC SAFETY: SIGNIFICANCE AND ESSENTIAL DIMENSION

Abstract

The article examines the scientists’ views of the evolution on economic security and an approach to solve problems of the economic security in different countries of the world at different times. The essence of economic security based on the visions of scientists has been studied so that three groups of definitions of the economic security are defined and its impartiality with regard to the development of globalization processes is proved. The paper highlights the components of economic security and proves its structure in which there are three essential elements: economic independence, stability and sustainability of the national economy, the ability to self-development and progress.
