本文透過理論分析,旨在探討新型冠狀病毒在全球所引發的疫情及其影響,並聚焦於教育活動所宜有的對應之道。首先,針對2019年底到2020年中,新型冠狀病 毒成為全球緊急的公衛事件,以及其伴隨而來的防疫措施所產生的衝擊與挑戰進行闡釋;其次,思考該當如何因應及轉化當前疫情下的教育難題,使其成為積極正向 的教育力量。最後,本文提出四個疫情陰影籠罩下可以有的教育思考:一、數位素養的提升;二、科普素養的需要;三、說真話素養的重視;四、生命教育素養的強 調。 Through theoretical approach, this paper aims at analyzing the COVID-19 epidemic in the world and its impact, and thinking about the appropriate activities in education. First, it explores COVID-19 as a global public health emergency from the end of 2019 to the middle of 2020, its impact and challenges of education. Second, it thinks about how to respond to and transform the educational challenges of the current epidemic so that they become positive educational evolution. Finally, this paper proposes four important educational considerations under the shadow of the epidemic: 1. Digital competence; 2. Common scientifi c knowledge; 3. Fearless speech; 4. Life education.
