Abstract
The spanish liberal revolution during his brief existence is a center of constant and growing interest for the French. Indeed, the acceptance of the Constitution of 1812 by Fernando VII (march 1820) takes place at the moment when a counter-revolutionary government imposes itself in the Château des Tuileries. The press of any political tendency uses the Spanish events to influence the public opinion. This article aims to study the struggles of opinion periodics during these the Liberal Triennium (1820-1823).
