Preparation of reference materials for bound acrylonitrile content in nitrile rubber

Abstract

The content of bound acrylonitrile in nitrile rubber samples that met the requirement fixed value of reference material after homogeneity and stability test was determined by several laboratories. The calibration data would be tested using the corresponding statistical methods of the standard substance. The results showed that when the significance level of the fixed value data of each laboratory was 0.05, there were no suspicious values in the data, and they were in a normal distribution with equal accuracy. The standard values of the fixed value re-ference materials were 31.1%-31.9%.
