OPTIMIZATION OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ANAL FISSURES

Abstract

92 patients with chronic anal fissure were treated depending on the cause of the disease and the magnitude of the basal pressure anal sphincter. It was found that, compared to the traditional method of surgical treatment, the use of “blind” stitch and developed modified suture, evenly healing the wound from the bottom, in combination with chemical sphincterotomy, contributes to significant acceleration of wound healing and causes fewer complications.
