Improvement of Bayesian Water Supply Network Evaluation Model Based on Triangular Fuzzy Number and Its Application
Abstract
This study aims to investigate scientific and practical methods to evaluate the health status of urban water supply network, which is of great significance for the maintenance and update of the urban water supply network system and its health and stability. In view of the shortcomings of the single weight determination method and the uncertainty of the pipeline health level determination method in the Bayesian water supply network evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number, this paper improves it by the coefficient of variation method and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to calculate the comprehensive weight, thus determine the pipeline health level based on the overall score, and applies the improved model to the health status assessment of the water supply network in Yunhe County, Zhejiang Province. The results show that: for health grades, 53% of the pipelinesare in class I, 44% of the pipelines are in class II,and 3% are in class III. At present, there are no pipelines in class IV. Therefore, the improved model has significant advantages in expressing the structure of the model and the uncertainty of the model parameters compared with the Bayesian water supply network evaluation model based on traditional triangular fuzzy number. As a result, the evaluated results are more in line with the actual situation.
