PUBLIC FINANCE CONNECTIONS WITH THE ROLE AND FUNCTIONS OF THE CURRENT STATE

Abstract

Public finances aproaches, with other accents but in the case of market economy, the three major topics of economic analysis, namely resource allocation, distribution or welfare distribution and economic stability, identified by reputable specialists (RA & Musgrave BP Musgrave., 1989) as the three functions of the state itself (the so-called Musgrave trilogy). All this call for developing a theory and practice proper control by finance, similarly, maybe to the more complex / comprehensive approach of the development of a theory of management.
