Every year, the production of rice straw and cow paunch content is abundant and 80 % of them has not been utilized. This study aimed to determine the potency of ensiling treatment on them in producing bioethanol. The novelty of this study is the utilization of cow paunch content as biomass and source of microbial fiber degradation. In this study, there were six groups of treatments. Bioethanol fermentation used Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Results, ensiling treatment significantly affected (p < 0.001) the changed chemical composition of them and produce ethanol of 40.13–102.84 mg/L. Conclude, ensiling treatment was considered effective ratio for bioethanol production.
