Study of science and practical aspects of personnel management drugstores
Abstract
Presents the results of a retrospective analysis of the scientific developments in the field of personnel management, and identified three stages of human resource management. The dynamics of changes in the external environment, increased a competition in the pharmaceutical market, lead to an increasing of the role of the pharmacy staff of the organization and require a redefining of approaches to human resource management.
