An 82-year-old female with both eyes glaucoma underwent trabeculectomy 10 years back, presented with continuous watering in the left eye for 1 week. Her visual acuity in the left eye was counting fingers at 2 m. On examination, cystic bleb in the superior quadrant with positive Seidel test was seen. Intraocular pressure was 2 mmHg. Fundus evaluation showed kissing choroids. The cause for this epiphora was found due to a late leaking bleb, and this was revised surgically. It is imperative to educate patients with cystic bleb about this kind of symptom and seek medical help immediately to avoid dreaded complications.
